Festival T-Shirt

The 2024 limited edition festival t-shirt celebrates the freedom to read — an issue that impacts marginalized authors, in particular. At a time when books are being banned or shadow-banned across the country, the festival t-shirt provides a timely reminder of the power of books and stories, and the freedom to read and write stories that cultivate kindness, courage, and empathy.

The heather royal-coloured freadom t-shirt will be available for pre-order from March 20-April 8 with shirts available for pick-up at the festival ($30) and shipped Canada-wide ($45). Shipped t-shirts will go out after the in-person festival events are complete.

Pre-order a single 2024 festival t-shirt when you purchase a festival pass or order multiple t-shirts through Eventbrite by April 8, 2024. A limited number of t-shirts will be available for sale at in-person events held at the Rose Theatre May 2-5, 2024.

The 2024 Festival of Literary Diversity kicks off with a virtual conversation on activism on Sunday, April 28 at 12:00pm.
