FOLD Apparel orders are fulfilled through a print-on-demand service. Items are only printed and shipped once an individual places an order. This approach helps reduce waste and allows us to offer a wide range of products with minimal overhead.
Because FOLD Apparel is created using a print-on-demand service, items in your order may be produced and shipped form different locations. This means packages can arrive separately and on different days, even if they were ordered together.
Duties and taxes vary by country and region and are determined by customs authorities in your area. Your order may ship from a printer in Canada, the US, or internationally, which may result in additional charges.
Because FOLD Apparel is a Canadian company, some products and items may not be available internationally.
Because FOLD Apparel is both a print-on-demand service and a fundraiser for a charitable organization, all sales are final. We are unable to offer exchanges or refunds for sizing issues or change-of-mind purchases.

If your item arrives with a defect or if the wrong product was sent, please contact us at info@thefoldcanada.org with a photo and order details. We’ll reach out to the printer on your behalf to request a replacement. While we cannot guarantee replacements in every case, we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Because you’re receiving goods in return, apparel purchases are not eligible for a tax receipt. However, every dollar you spend contributes to the mission and work of The FOLD Foundation.
Each product listing includes a size guide provided by the printer. We recommend checking measurements carefully before placing your order, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues.
Proceeds from FOLD Apparel fund the work of the FOLD Foundation — including festivals, workshops, school events, and other literary activities that center marginalized voices in literature.
