The FOLD relies heavily on committed volunteers, and as the festival grows in size, and as our year-round programming continues to grow, so does our need for more volunteers. The FOLD is currently looking to fill three roles: FOLD_Media Coordinator, FOLD Hospitality Coordinator, and FOLD_Program Coordinator.
The three roles are quite different, but all roles require individuals to attend monthly planning meetings, with approximately 5-10 hours of flexible volunteer time, outside of the meetings. Individuals from diverse and marginalized communities are strongly encouraged to apply. Applicants should be readers and might include folks who have experience in writing and publishing.
While the roles all involve planning for the festival each May, positions do cover the organizations year-round work. Applicants must be willing to travel to Brampton for monthly meetings and events.
