I’m a publisher or literary organization and would like to be a vendor at the Writer’s Hub. What do I need to do to be a part of the Writer’s Hub?
You can apply to be a part of the Hub via filling out the application form. Applications to the 2019 Writer’s Hub will be open from February 1 – March 1, 2019.
In 2019, due to space considerations, the FOLD Planning Team will be curating the list of vendors from the applications submitted. Applicants will be contacted in mid-March to be advised on the status of their application.

Yes. Vendor tables at the Writer’s Hub are $75 each. Successful applicants will be sent an invoice for this amount after receiving notice that their application has been successful.
How will I know if I’m selected?
Confirmations will come through via email approximately 2 weeks after applications close. A representative from the FOLD will email informing you of your application status and attaching an invoice for the table fee.
What should I bring to the Hub?
Please bring information about your publishing company, journal, or organization. We
encourage organizations to bring flyers outlining submission calls or specific deadlines so that
writers can take them and keep them in mind.
Please do not bring books to sell. The Hub is an information fair and is not meant as a space to
sell books or merchandise.
