She/HerSophia Robinson is a Canadian mom, teacher and children’s book author with a special place in her heart (and bookshelves) for picture books. She loves discovering inspiring and uplifting books with diverse characters and stories. Sophia is proud to write books that allow children to see their lives reflected on the pages they read, because all children need to know their stories are important. Beautiful Black Boy, illustrated by Ken Daley, is Sophia’s first picture book.
