She/Her

Roz MacLean is an award winning author illustrator who lives and works on the traditional territories of the K’omoks Nation on Vancouver Island. Her work is inspired in part by the years she spent supporting students with disabilities in schools, as well as her dreams of a more inclusive and beautiful future. Her books include More Than Words, Together, a Forest, Do You Know the Dark? and Some Body Every Body! When she’s not writing, drawing or painting she can usually be found in a forest or on a beach with her dog.
