Samantha Lu is an emerging spoken word poet based in Toronto. In 2024, she stood on stage to share a poem for the first time and has performed for events with Toronto Poetry Slam, Verse Deli, Unity Charity, Next Generation Arts, Gibson House Museum, and JAYU since. Most recently, she displayed her poetry as part of Arts Etobicoke’s annual Power of Words exhibit. She is currently a member of the Toronto Youth Poetry Slam collective and was a grand slam finalist this year.
